The machine is mainly composed of a welded steel frame, feeding silo, crushing system, extrusion unit, heating system, electrical control system, and belt conveyor. Belt Conveyor Feeding
A hopper conveyor is supplied as an accessory to improve material feeding. Crushing, Heating and Extrusion
After the machine is started and reaches a stable running condition, waste foam is fed into the crushing chamber. The material is first broken into smaller pieces, then heated and transferred to the extrusion section. The screw system compresses and extrudes the softened foam into dense blocks.
This process greatly reduces the original volume of loose foam and helps save warehouse space and transportation costs.
Practical Operating Process
For normal operation, the machine is switched on and allowed to run before continuous feeding begins. After approximately 15 minutes of operation, waste foam can be added from the inlet while the heating system is activated. The foam then passes through the stages of crushing, heating, compression, and extrusion.
