GB-PESE105 EPS Pelletizer Machine
The GB-PESE105 EPS Pelletizer Machine is designed to recycle EPS and XPS foam scraps into reusable PS granules through crushing, melting, extrusion, cooling, dewatering, and pellet cutting. It provides a practical solution for factories that want to turn bulky foam waste into valuable recycled plastic material.
During operation, EPS or XPS scraps are first crushed into smaller pieces for easier processing. The material then enters the first screw section, where it is heated and melted. After that, the molten plastic is transferred to the second screw for further extrusion and formed into continuous PS strands.
These strands pass through a water-cooling section, followed by dewatering and cutting, to produce uniform PS granules ready for reuse.

Mechanical Characteristics

Two stage screw, one stage screw hot melt, two stage screw extrusion, equipped with automatic hydraulic system for filter net change, making the equipment not easy to break wires, and the equipment can produce continuously.
An efficient crushing system is equipped with alarge silo,can variable frequency feed, greatly improve the production efficiency, while ensure sufficient and stable feeding, make the extruded particles uniform.
The secondary screw is made of 38CrMoAl material, and the primary and secondary screws are hardening and tempering to ensure their service life.
