Precision Connections & Alignment: Key functional modules (conveyor system, pressing mechanism, coating unit) employ specially designed locating pins, fine-adjustment shims, and high-rigidity locking devices at critical connection points .This guarantees high-precision assembly and effectively resists vibration during sustained operation, preventing loosening or deformation. Wide-Band Efficient Conveying: Features a 1000mm wide PVC "Grass-Pattern" conveyor belt. The width accommodates standard EPS panel sizes, boosting throughput. The "Grass-Pattern" surface texture significantly enhances friction against smooth EPS, effectively preventing slippage and misalignment during transport.
Intelligent Pressing & Guiding:Independently Adjustable Press Rollers: The machine incorporates two pairs of independent press rollers on each side. Each roller pair features high-precision screw adjustment mechanisms for independent, fine control of both height (pressure) and longitudinal position.
The rollers of the transition section are made of 304 stainless steel, and the boat escort for the watermagnetism and conveyor belt is made of 304 stainlesssteel.
