The GB-C120 represents our company's latest generation of high-efficiency, precision cement application equipment specifically designed for EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) boards. High-Rigidity Stable Frame:Constructed from high-strength welded profiles combined with precision-engineered special connectors. This ensures minimal deformation and vibration during long-term operation, providing the essential foundation for high-precision cement application.
Intelligent & Efficient Conveying System:
1、1200mm wide PVC conveyor belt with herringbone pattern for anti-slip and stable material transport.
2、Frequency inverter drive enabling manual stepless speed adjustment to adapt to varying process requirements.
3、Left/right adjustable pressure rollers (fine-tuned via screw mechanisms) ensure centered, flat board conveyance, preventing misalignment.
Superior Corrosion Resistance & Easy Cleaning: Critical contact components (transition rollers, drip tray, side guards) are manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, extended lifespan, and compliance with hygiene standards.
Enhanced Cement Application Drive System (Core Upgrade):
1、Three Additional Stirring Motors: Provide powerful agitation within the cement slurry tank, ensuring continuous uniformity, preventing sedimentation or stratification, accommodating complex slurry formulas, and guaranteeing consistent application quality.
2、One Dedicated Vibrating Motor: Effectively eliminates air bubbles in the slurry, promotes leveling, enhances dhesion between the slurry and the EPS board surface, reducing risks of pinholes and hollow spots, and improving coating density and strength.
Using speed regulation and frequency conversion technology,the motor driver the active rotation circular rotation through the chain,and the conveyor belt moves in straight line.There is a pressing mechanism above the conveyor belt,which makes the raw materials follow the conveyor belt forward by giving appropriate pressing force,and enters the silo with mold, and scrapes the material with mortar in the silo.The crystallization surface is smooth,bubble-free,good feel and high precision.
