Mixer – EPS Crushing & Dedusting Mixer Integrated Machine
The Mixer – EPS Crushing & Dedusting Mixer Integrated Machine is designed for handling EPS foam materials through a combined process of crushing, mixing, conveying, and dust removal. It is suitable for EPS factories that need a cleaner and more efficient way to prepare recycled or processed foam material before the next production stage.
With a processing capacity of about 50 m³/hour, the machine uses dual motors with speed controlled by frequency converters, allowing operators to adjust the running condition according to different material requirements. The main unit has a power rating of 13.35 kW and a compact structure measuring approximately 2300 × 870 × 1350 mm, making it suitable for continuous workshop operation.
The system is supplied with two storage silos, each approximately 1.5 × 1.5 × 3.5 m, made from canvas and PE mesh. Upper and lower rotary level sensors help monitor material levels and support more stable feeding. Three air blowers, each rated at 3 kW, assist material conveying and dust separation through the connected pipe system.
The complete configuration includes the mixer, two silos, three air blowers, control box, DN150 conveying pipes, clamps, connectors, and elbows, providing a practical integrated solution for EPS material handling.
