1、The SP-J130 EPS Pre-expander is a highly automated, well-engineered machine designed for producing high-quality expandable polystyrene (EPS) beads with stable density. Its core control system integrates a Mitsubishi PLC (Japan) and a 10.1-inch Veinview touch screen (Taiwan), enabling centralized control of all processes and flexible parameter adjustment through an intuitive interface.
2、Key components demonstrate exceptional durability and hygiene standards: All materials contacting EPS resin within the expansion chamber are constructed from SUS 304 stainless steel, ensuring cleanliness and long-term reliability. A high-density rock wool insulation layer minimizes temperature fluctuations and steam consumption, enhancing energy efficiency.
3、The SP-J130 achieves remarkable process control precision:
The steam system is precisely regulated by an original Japanese Yoshitake GP-2000 pressure reducing valve.
Primary expansion utilizes a high-precision load cell to strictly control the EPS resin input weight per cycle.
Secondary expansion capability enables production of lower-density products, also precisely controlled by a load cell to ensure density consistency.
Innovative dual-loop PID control (steam valve & air intake valve) maintains highly stable pressure and temperature within the expansion chamber, keeping density tolerance within a strict ±3% range. PID-controlled ventilation air further stabilizes pressure and optimizes steam usage.
4、The discharge system is scientifically designed: Hot air is used to blow beads out from the bottom (replacing traditional side doors), significantly reducing bead breakage, shrinkage, and steam consumption. This method also achieves zero lump formation and 100% complete chamber evacuation.
5、The machine employs German Burkert pneumatic valves and Schneider electric components. The control cabinet features air conditioning for protection. Integrated photoelectric sensors and a vibrating level sensor provide dual safety functions and precise heating control during expansion, ensuring overall stable and reliable operation.
