Output voltage is continuously adjustable within the 38V to 52V range , allowing precise control of the heating wire temperature to suit different foam densities, thicknesses, and desired cutting speeds/surface finishes.
High-Efficiency Slicing: Features a dedicated slicing carriage capable of holding and precisely controlling up to 30 heating wires simultaneously. This enables the efficient, single-pass cutting of large foam blocks into multiple panels of equal thickness, significantly boosting batch production efficiency.
4. Intelligent Control & Safety Assurance:
PLC Intelligent Control: Utilizes an advanced Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the core, paired with an intuitive touch-screen Human-Machine Interface (HMI). Parameter setup (cutting dimensions, speeds, voltage, modes) is simple and convenient. Programs can be stored and recalled, enabling intelligent operation.
